Where’s my cookie order?
Once your order leaves our kitchen, we’ll email a tracking link. Local Montréal deliveries usually arrive in 1–2 business days.
Can you accommodate allergies?
We list ingredients clearly, but our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat and sesame. Contact us before ordering if cross-contact is a concern.
How far ahead should I order a gift basket?
Three business days is perfect for most baskets. Large corporate or event orders are happiest with two weeks’ notice.
