Common questions

Wholesale FAQ

Yes — corporate gifting means we send gift baskets to your clients or staff. Wholesale means you stock our cookies in your café, restaurant or shelf for resale. Different pricing, different packaging, different terms. If you're sending gifts, head to Gift Baskets instead.
Standing weekly orders are baked Monday–Tuesday and delivered Wednesday. À la carte orders need a 5-business-day lead time. Holiday SKUs (Christmas, Easter) require 2 weeks notice in November and March respectively.
All wholesale product ships with a 14-day best-before date from delivery. Biscotti and pizzelle keep longest (21 days). We do not use preservatives — what arrives is what we'd eat ourselves.
Available at the Partner and Volume tiers, with a 4-week production lead time on first run. We handle the design with our in-house team or work from your specs.
Not formally — but we're thoughtful about not stocking two cafés on the same block. Volume partners can negotiate territory protection on a case-by-case basis.
For now we deliver only within Greater Montréal so product stays fresh. Quebec City and Ottawa partners — let us know you're interested and we'll factor it into our 2027 expansion plans.
