Delivery & pickup FAQ

Every order is baked the morning of, or the day before, delivery. Cookies stay fresh in our sealed packaging for 7–10 days at room temperature.
Yes — at checkout you'll choose your delivery date up to 30 days out. We don't ship same-day, but next-day works in all zones if you order before noon.
Our team will leave the package at the door in a weatherproof bag and text you a photo. If the temperature is over 25°C, please be home or arrange a safe pickup spot.
Yes — we love a Friday afternoon office surprise. For 10+ baskets to a single address, contact us for a flat-rate corporate delivery.
Up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date, yes. Email us with your order number — for last-minute changes we'll do our best but can't guarantee.
Not at this time. Shipping cookies more than 48 hours away would mean preservatives or a degraded product — and that's not us. We'd rather stay small and fresh.
